Established in 1974, High Point is a 55+ Retirement Golf Community on Florida’s beautiful Nature Coast.  Our community and the surrounding area have grown into one of the most sought-after destinations in Florida.  For those considering retiring or snowbirding, we have many advantages. High Point Board of Directors has established Replacement and Capital Improvement Funds to ensure for replacement, repairs, and rejuvenation to keep the community up to date and pristine.  Now in our fifth decade, we are better than ever, and our residents enjoy an active Florida lifestyle.
